DDC Engineering Solutions was founded in 2000, by the Managing Director, Dean Whitbrook.

Dean, an engineering graduate of Wolverhampton University (a Polytechnic at the time of graduation) has acquired a vast array of engineering knowledge during his long career. This is demonstrated within the services that DDC offers.

Life for DDC Engineering Solutions began in a single office in Willenhall, in the heart of the West Midlands. As the business expanded, DDC relocated to larger offices within Wolverhampton Science Park. This has proved particularly beneficial to DDC, as the business has been able to acquire larger offices without the need for continuous relocation.

Dean began his engineering career as a Trainee Design Engineer in 1983 with a local company, designing piping systems. In 1989, following his graduation, Dean became a freelance Design Engineer, allowing him to acquire a variety of engineering skills within different industrial/commercial sectors.

DDC quickly built up an enviable list of key blue-chip clients. These key clients still remain today, choosing to use DDC as their key supplier for a variety of engineering services. Listening to their client’s requirements, DDC have put together a package to offer support contracts that encompass a number of services that enables their client’s business to function smoothly.

Dean is passionate about the quality of work that is produced by DDC and demand that his staff share the same ethos of maintaining the very high standards that he has set.

DDC believes in supporting the local economy and has a history of employing and training local graduates of the highest calibre who share the same enthusiasm for engineering. All of the DDC engineers have been handpicked by Dean.

DDC have a long history of using Autodesk Products. Set as the industry standard, DDC have a history of using the latest software releases giving their clients the latest available functionality.
