With 24hr notice, we can provide on-site surveys covering services infrastructure, plant layout and space planning retuning to our office to produce quality drawings using the latest Autodesk software.

Based on a flexible contract procedure, we correspond with you to determine the average days required per month based on your specific requirements or layout. You will then be allocated one of our experienced team members as a main contact point, knowledgeable in your requirements. Produced in a ‘.dwg’, ‘.dxf’ or ’.pdf’ format, these can either be sent through to you via email or saved via our client exclusive FTP server. Provided with your own username and password, this will allow you 24/7 access safe in the knowledge that your files are in a secure and safe location.

Typical Support Contract Procedure:-

Typically meeting with you to discuss your average Service and Facilities workload requirements, we would then determine the average number of days work required per month applying a flexible contract procedure.

Each month, you will be allocated a set number of days, with the opportunity use up or carry over any unused days into following months at your discretion. Assigned a DDC team member as your main point of contact, you will always be dealing with the same person who is knowledgeable in your requirements and site layout.

Most jobs require us to visit you onsite to carry out the required survey, returning back to our office to be produced in CAD software. Send to your electronically or within a hard copy format, we also provide a secure database for your drawings via our Web Based Document Management System.
